Just taken a brave pill and thought I would get some belts in for my next timing belt change. How much and where to buy from? Seen a few issues with fleabay and Gates ones on Amazon. Any issues? Thanks J
This may be a bit controversial but you could call you're local Ducati dealer or failing that Baines Racing, JHP will send out via post as well. Personally I have still to take my brave pill and do a belt change on my SPS, but if and when I do I will use the Ducati belts.
I fitted Renault Megane belts to my 916 and did a whole season of trackday riding with no issues at all. Do it at your own risk off course, I will do the same to my ST4 when I need belts. You can find them way cheaper if you search for the Renault part number at car part stores.
