I'm hopefully going to be in the market for a Panigale V4S in the near future. I've been looking at the following models: 2018-2019 V4S 2019-2020 (1st version with wings) V4S 2021 revision with wings V4S Speciale 2018-2019 (at a push, depending on price & mileage), but not sure if this model is overpriced for what you get. Really not sure which to go for. Anyone with experience with the different models able to give any pro's & con's please?
In the middle of marshalling so briefly; Mk2 raised the rear ride height, used the V4R bodywork and minor alterations to the sofware. Mk3 changed the chassis, bodywork and software. The mk1 is brutal, all action and engages with the rider. The mk2 is not as aggressive as the mk1. The mk3 is considered the best track bike. My opinion, you'd have to be a racer or ex racer to ride to the limit on any of them. The Speciale came with Rizoma stuff that the others didn't and had adjustable rearsets. My Speciale comes with the £4k wheel option and track software. Andy
The Speciale is a cracking bike. I miss mine but now have a 2020 V4 996 25 anniversary addition, I think I almost prefer the Speciale tbh.
