Considering an up handlebar bike again as I am not gelling with the 1198 like I thought that I would. My MV is staying as we have been together 5 years next week and even though her ergonomics are not fantastic I am used to her. So the questions are : 1] Known issues on all model year Multistrada 1200's 2] What chassis number did the twin sparks start from 3] Are the twin sparks that much better 4] Or is a non twin spark Ohlins S bike a better bet 5] Skyhook is all its cracked up to be or does it have reliability issues 6] What is comfort like over distances ?
WRT to value I have seen a 2013 Twin Spark 1200 at a dealers. It has 7300 miles full touring with extra crash bars, spotlights, bark busters etc etc is £10,750 for this seem like good value ?
