I will start this off by nominating Bristol City planning officers for the continuing chaos in the city centre and the road works caused by the metro link. Part of the A4174 ring road will have lanes closed again from next week for 2 years. Those bosses at big company's like Apple Sony etc who decide to make things uncomputable with things you only bought recently.. Examples .. Bought Mrs N a Fitbit watch she wanted, went to link it up via the app to her i phone and the phone says you need to upgrade the software, went to do that and the phone said you cannot upgrade your phone to anymore recent upgrades... we buy our phones, so had to buy a mewer I phone when nothing was wrong with the old one.. she then try's to use her previous charger / cable and case, neither fit... Telly went pop! Got a nice new Samsung, shop delivered and fitted for free! Fitter said sorry but none of the new TVs have a scart port anymore so your expensive DVD player will not work with your TV .. great! No wonder there's a mountain of plastic and old components burying the country.. I feel sorry for family's who have to try to keep up with the constant update requirement.. Mind you I wouldn't mind an update tbf for Mrs N...
