Will this fix the problem?

  1. Take the leads off and take a trip to halfords, they usually have them on the shelf, worth checking the length first tho and see if they have them in stock!!

  2. fit a system like that and youll need to uprate your coils..the standard ones cany handle the extra power

  3. The heftier battery cables just deliver the current to the starter more effectively, not sure what this has to do with the coils?

It is a nice kit, but pricey. Like Greyman says, either take the standard ones off and pop down to Halfords, or do what I did: bought a couple of metres of 35mm sq welding cable, some crimp on connectors, and made my own (although had to pop down to a friendly garage for them to crimp them for me!). Worked really well too.

  4. You just need an additional battery earth strap from Halfords which is about a fiver.

Google it and you will see how to attach it.

Had the same prob and it fixed mine.
