Anybody else had this infuriating problem since the latest 'Creators' Update' ?? If so, after much searching I have found this simple fix on the interweb: To Fix... Ensure Outlook is set as the default Mail client Close Outlook For 32 bit versions of Outlook... Delete Msmapi32.dll located C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\system\MSMAPI\1033\ For 64 bit versions of Outlook... (I think this is the right path??) Delete Msmapi32.dll located C:\Program Files\Common Files\system\MSMAPI\1033\ Run fixmapi.exe Open Outlook (Outlook will replace & register the Msmapi32.dll and then open). Try the "Send To > Mail Recipient" again.
I haven't a clue. I've used Macs for about 25 years and can't get on with Windows. Although I do have a netbook with Windows 7 that I use for diagnostics I hate the thing.
My daughter wants to sell me her iMac but I'm a bit of an old dog for new tricks... I used to like Windows XP but Microsoft stopped supporting it
I use a Mac at home and a PC at work. I get along with them both, but prefer the Mac slightly. The only issue is the slightly differing keyboard layouts, probably responsible for my spillong mistooks on here.
If you can switch from XP to W10 then a Mac shouldn't present any problems. Or you could try installing a Linux variant alongside W10 - easy to do and you can make Linux look pretty much like XP if you want (except it probably won't crash or update itself as often...).
Which part of a Ducati does this relate to to warrant being discussed in Ducati general? Thread moved
I have been unable to send my 999S as an email attachment to the dealer for servicing since Windows 10 came out. Any other Ducati owners having this same problem?
A Mac is never the answer. Why would anyone want to send money to Apple. Anyway, stay on topic. What alternative (non-Mac) email clients allow for attaching your Ducati to a message and sending it to your dealer? Thread moved back to Ducati Discussion Forum.
I've got a Sinclair ZX Spectrum a Commodore 64 & Amiga in the loft. Sod you e-mail clients, those were the days.
Well, the way people are talking about bikes from the 80s these days. My Speccy has to be worth at least £10k
