is it a straight forward job replacing the windscreen with an aftermarket one. Going on a euro trackday soon and don't want to start a job I can't finish and not be able to get it booked in a workshop if need assistance Thanks
Same nose cone as I have on my 1299. Bit of a sod to do, took about 40 minutes. I bought some long fish hook forceps to hold the rubber grommets, made it a lot easier. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/282291222868 Would suggest buying a few grommets before hand as you’ll likely drop a few in the cone or mash them up. There pennies and normally a stock item at the dealer.
