I've already written a review of these guys but they really are top bloody notch! I bought my 848 from them in 2013 and it was serviced with them up until I moved West last year. Last service they replaced the battery (2 years old and a cold winter meant that it wouldn't hold enough charge at service time) but unfortunately the new one has gone the same way after only a year despite being looked after and charged regularly. I called and spoke to Tom and explained the situation. I was hoping to get details of the warranty Bosch supply so that I could send it back to Bosch for a replacement but Tom immediately said 'That's not right....I'll send you another one'! Do you want the old one back to send to Bosch? 'No' said Tom. 'Save the postage....I'm afraid the new one will be a Yuasa one though, is that OK?' Er yeah! I'm so glad I bought from those guys...just need to work out how to get it up there for its service now
