1200 DVT Wonder Why The New 15 Ms Not In The Showroom For The New Plate?

  1. Seems an odd piece of marketing, would have thought they would be ready for the 1st march

  3. Coventry-branch said that they'd sold so many it was late June when they could sell me one (whilst they tried to get a £500 non refundable deposit). I'm interested in seeing some night-time videos of the cornering light system in action and difference from the ducati running lights as I ride a fair bit at night.

  4. I don't think the UK is Ducatis only market. I very much doubt 1 March is new reg day in many countries.

  5. The press launch is currently in progress in Lanzarote, so the bikes have only just started their production cycle!

It appears that the Scrambler is so popular that build runs have been extended to meet demand.

  6. They usually start to arrive late april.
My 2010 arrived in the first batch in last week of april and I think this has been the case pretty much each year since for the mts too.

  7. Let's hope the DVT has less theething troubles than the 2010 MTS1200.

If carlsberg did motorcycles they'd make a 1299 panni engined Multistrada with PP\desmosedici styling, ohlins mechatronic suspension, M50 Brembos, gold sided chain, titanium fixings, turbulence free screen and a full termis as standard.

...rear brake optional...can't make it perfect now!
