Would a 185/65 profile fit a 998

monster s2r 1000, 998s, 1098s, 600SS DD

Hi all

been thinking of trying the Dunlop KR108/106 slicks on my 998 but they only do /65 profiles

anyone know if the 185/65 rear will fit the 748/916/996/998 or will it likely foul the swingarm or exhaust?

I ran 180/60 BSB tyres for a while on a standard 916 swingarm but it did rub the exhaust. It was a bit of a faff as you have to adjust the eccentric hub to stop it happening, which in turn affects your suspension.

I run a 195/65 on six inch rims. As srad sad, the eccentric needs adjusting then the ride height setting.
