Wp 620 shock

Anyone used a wp shock? Got the opportunity of a wp shock from a 620 for my 900. I know that it is 330 long, do I need to be mindful of fitting it? Are the eyelets the same? Is the length ok? Not worried about the spring rate etc as a 620 isn't much lighter than a 900.
