They are known as Vlads apparently. 419 Eater appeared on the old Ducati forum when someone wrote of the exploits of Mike Berry alias Shiver Metimbers a well known scambaiter. He got one scammer to carve this for him. His book Greetings in the name of Jesus is full of his exploits. The photo is of a Commodore 64.

I doubt it very much, these emails went to a "catcher" account, which is where a lot of scam mails go to. Most of the ones I get are like this.
