Took the wife to pick up a prescription from the doctors surgery Parked the car, and waited outside, then some old twat in an estate car reversed into the side of the car. Got out and asked him what he was thinking about and why did he not use his mirrors. He replied I could not see as the sun was dazzling me. I replied so if you could not see why did you not stop, you could have hit a pedestrian. Dumb reply I don’t know, what chance have we got with idiots like this on the road.
Bad luck, years back I had a guy reverse in to my then Porsche while I was parked and sat in it! Turned out he didn’t have any insurance and it cost me over a grand to get it sorted out! Yep there’s twats out there, and yep unfortunately, on occasion you’ll meet one

agree, you can't legislate for it, but it's also a relief when people own up to "being" it. I came back from the dentist last year and was puzzled by the positioning of my Ugly. Someone had (i'm guessing) reversed into it, moved it about a foot, and miraculously it stayed upright and no damage that I could see.
Just had a learner driver reverse into the front, nearside of my stationary car in a public car park. I was standing by the car shouting STOP ! but wasn’t heard as apparently the young woman learner driver assured the instructor she was going to miss my car. Driving instructor put his hands up, in front of witnesses and will pay cash to repair the damage. Clearly not the first time it’s happened to him whilst instructing. Andy

I had my 996 reversed into by an old guy in Helmsley car park. It was a busy day and just before that a woman with a pushchair had gone past. I asked him if he had seen her and he said no. Told him in no uncertain terms that he should not be driving.
The driving in the U.K. is astonishingly shite. Ive been in London mostly every day over the last few weeks and every day some mong has managed to run out of talent on the straightest least challenging road you could find. it’s Scary how empty most people’s bag of talent is

There’s a parade of shops where I live and the car park in front is known as the toast rack although it should be called the wrecking rack. If you find yourself with a car that’s looking a little shabby down one side and would like to claim off your own insurance to have it resprayed then just take it up there and park up for a couple hours and you can be sure some hapless pensioner will drive their car all the way down the side of yours totally ignorant to what they are doing and just drive off! It’s a weekly rant on the local Facebook group
