On sale at Ducati Manchester: Just under £60k. Do I want it? Yes! Do I have the cash? Yes if I raid my retirement fund. Would I ride it? 500 miles per year, like most. Ergo can I justify it (particularly as I live in a conservation area and can't get planning permission for a garage!)? That'll be a big fat No then. Anyone else tempted?
If you're actually planning on riding it save £20k and get a low mileage one. Why do you need a garage by the way? If I ever was fortunate enough to own one it'd live in the living room!

It's too difficult to get up and down the stairs at my first-floor flat! I've got a big garden and access to it is easy, so the bikes live in a large shed. But I can't get planning permission for a brick-built garage as I am in a conservation area and that's the only storage option acceptable to insurance companies for such a bike.
Gonna prepare for the hate here, but.................. I just can't get past the thought that they are at least a little..........ugly
Not only that, I'd much rather spend tens of thousands of pounds on bikes etc than fill the Exchequer's coffers with stamp duty!
Oh, ok, I'll help. I'll loan you the front part of a brick built garage to store it in. I'll even relocate my prize 125 to the shed for you. Just leave your key with me will you please....
miles over priced, two on ebay in the £30000 region, hardly used which is far more realistic for depreciation.
Don`t see the point of buying a four cylinder Ducati. Might as well have a big Jap four. Similar performance, even looks the same, just 50 grand more expensive............
