Evening. Currently the proud owner of a '98 748 with 916 top end and worked motor with balanced crank etc. Pic attached. Had her since 2004 and just picked up another 748. This one's a basket case though and I was thinking of tricking goings up a bit. Yes I think they offer free delivery but you will get hit with 20% VAT and possibly import @ circa 2.8%. Plenty in the UK could make a one off but not sure on lead time or cost.
