Remove Ethanol From Petrol

  1. Not all funnily enough - the California Cycleworks ones work with ethanol perfectly well, it's just the OEM Ducati ones that don't seem to, even after they had supposedly fixed the issue - Mmmm I wonder what their belts are like? :upyeah:

  6. Just that it was the only 99 Octane fuel available at the time, plus sold at a 'Supermarket' price.

  7. Indeed. And ions within the water, i.e. dissolved salts, when it comes to effects on metal components.
     
  8. and steel presumably, if it attracts water, which then rusts the tank from the inside...
     
  9. Seen a few tanks rot from the inside out, normal around the bottom seams (petrol floats on water).
