Just had this reply about the one who didn't like it: "Mate had one, done 14000 miles and it was literally falling apart, was out of warranty and literally worthless. Brand new, bought less than year ago, well looked after. I'll find his review on the forum later ..."
Yeah, I assumed slight exaggeration on that bit..... Found a thread on this and first page were all perfect but first one on second page was big list of faults.... I'm hoping he was just unlucky
