Album: '89 944 Superdue

Once a humble Weber carbed 1989 Ducati 900SS this Supersport has become a money-no-object, woodsmans-axe style obsession. Currently being rebuilt. Better. Stronger! FASTER!! (Unfortunately I can't get the pics in order but, for those with patience, they are numbered) Descriptions at below left.

008) New look (2007)  
004) More upgrades: Modded Kawa triple, custom clock faces.(2006)  
002) Much modified. Carbon Supermono fairing, 916 mirrors, ZXR front end. (2006)  
017) Magnecor 8.5mm racing leads, fed by Dyna mini coils and Ignitech programmable ignition. Inside cut down 400SS flywheel sitting on the end of a balanced crank. (late 2012)  
013) Barnett Clutch, Aluminium plates, Rizoma pressure plate, cut away engine cover.  
012) Lots of custom made parts. S4R Oil cooler, S2r oil lines coming. (mid 2012) Note bracing on (unpainted) frame.  
011) Motor back together and trying out the modified frame (still unpainted). 41mm Split FCRs on port matched Malossi manfolds. (mid 2012)  
009) Full tear down after earthquake damage. Motor reassembled ready for paint. (Early 2012)  
006) Revised Spag Pipes sooo I could fit DS1000 swingarm. (2007) Bike now has a big bore (45mm) system.  
005) Pers Plate (2005)  
003) From the back, QB Carbon tail. SPR pipes. (2005)  
007) 1000DS Swingarm.  
013) Billet rear sets, upside down (right way up) linkage. Oberon Slave Cylinder. Ohlins shock.  
015) New 45mm spaghetti exhaust system. Dyna mini coil hung off frame.  
016) Staring to come back together... Dec 2012  
014) Back to a Ducati front end with satin black 5 spoke marchesinis, ohlins coloured forks with Racetech valves. (Nov 2012)  
010) Holy cams! new DP cams in freshly painted ported and polished heads, with MBP valve collets. (Mid 2012)
