Getting there. Engine has been to Rich at Louigi Moto for some TLC, frame and wheels sorted by Steve at TPS and the suspension has been overhauled too. Found the radiator and oilcooler were shot, so they have been replaced. The core is now back together not fire away from firing it up
loving the matt black bro...and also the SC project exhaust is nice.....do you have the power commander to go with it ? Mine does and it's set to 7....
Being old enough to have been able to have one when it was new, but funds didn't allow, meant I had to wait. The prices for these are pretty stable and the SP versions are going up in price, so I see this as both a long term investment and a piece of sentimental art to stare at for years to come.
This thread makes me realize that I need to change my interpretation of rebuild. Everything looks brand new as opposed to good enough clean and running perfectly or very close to. Even though I don't like these older models I'm glad someone does, it's inspiring to see someone caring for these bikes so much. Cheers mate!

I’m looking to replace the pillion comfort seat with a standard one so if anybody has one for sale, please let me know..
Hyper95 they are some Honda universal ones tbh. I left the original plastic fitment to the bars where it connects and then put these on. I had to put different levers on tho as originals were too long b touched the guards.
I've had a Streetfighter since 2012 and still love it. Levers have been changed for ASV ones Sargent seat fitted Termi cans Slipper clutch fluid pots are Rizoma (oval ones) Various bits of carbon Rad guards. Rear sets.
