Loads done the past few days, garden 80% done, pc down sized, and ducati moving forward(848 sproc covers fit 999 749 :)) made a boo boo on the forks, they are 3mm too big on the bottom, will get them machine out at work, new cylinder heads on and clear belt cover, cheers @Denzil the Ducati looks great.

  12. You aren't trying to turn the steering wheel with the car stationary are you Viv? Much easier if the car is just rolling a tiny bit.

    Mind you, I guess you have a fake Mini (made by BMW) rather than a real one, because real ones never needed power steering.

    PS.....I have just got up from a long morning's sleep following the night being interrupted by who knows how many trips out of bed to the throne.......

    So thanks for all the good wishes, even if I am still feeling pretty damn awful.

  18. Hate to say but don’t think that has the normal power steering pump - by memory they have an electric column, don’t think it’s a cheap repair :sweat:
