He's not that daft

 

Loads done the past few days, garden 80% done, pc down sized, and ducati moving forward(848 sproc covers fit 999 749 ) made a boo boo on the forks, they are 3mm too big on the bottom, will get them machine out at work, new cylinder heads on and clear belt cover, cheers @Denzil the Ducati looks great.

 

Miraculously got a boat booked to Spain on 20th March in the van ...result by my better half that.

You aren't trying to turn the steering wheel with the car stationary are you Viv? Much easier if the car is just rolling a tiny bit.

Mind you, I guess you have a fake Mini (made by BMW) rather than a real one, because real ones never needed power steering.

PS.....I have just got up from a long morning's sleep following the night being interrupted by who knows how many trips out of bed to the throne.......

Hate to say but don’t think that has the normal power steering pump - by memory they have an electric column, don’t think it’s a cheap repair

 

#Any problems just hitch a ride with a immigrant,as they know their way round problems

 

Nothing ham fisted about it, got caught in my air bag vest and the replacement will cost £149.95 Definitely not amused. Andy
