I believe this maybe a rehash of the story that said, japan said in 2016 even if we vote for brexit they will all pull out, then they said if we had brexit they would pull out as have many multinationals where they have tried to control the peoples democratic votes. The just as jlr did, they then announced an expansion in the U.K..
