She bends in the middle, useful; but not for me. Anyway just endured her address to the loyal supporters, loads of mixed up stuff in there. Look forward to the BBC and others fact checking it to see what is left. The best bit for me was her stating that the Tories haven't even started any trade deals... directly contradicting JC.
you will of coarse already seen the bbc's fact check of andrew niel's interview with the FM? so you will know already niel told some porkies over currency ect. i know you wouldnt come here making like a know nothing.
aye, andrew niel. checked by his own employer. there is no stipulation on using your own currency. it just so happens that every one that has joined had their own. and quite a few still do.
currently, nine of the 28 EU member countries still use their own. United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Sweden, and Romania have not adopted the euro. Some countries have opted out, while others haven’t been given the all-clear by the European Commission and the European Central Bank. They must meet certain “convergence criteria” to do so. the euro is the second most-used currency in the world, with it changing hands between 341 million people daily.
How many left a block, continued to use that same blocks currency so they have no fiscal control over that currency use, and then seek to join a new block that they do not want to use that new blocks currency?
a block, like the UK Single market, would sugest there is group of soverign nations agreeing on various arrangments. thats not the case in the uk. so it isnt a block.
A "clear mandate" is not, when you are on the losing half consistently for three years and rarely even meeting halfway point
