What's For Dindins?

  1. It looks lush. Did you shoot it yourself or buy it?

  2. Medium rare, rib eye with tumble weed onions, crispy potato wedges, garlic mushrooms and petit pois. Unusually for us, decided to open a bottle of wine which was an old vine, Garnacha from the Aragon region of Spain. Complimented the steak perfectly. Been a long but enjoyable day and looking forward to whatever the coming week has to offer. Andy

  3. Thanks @Zhed46 and it was bought from a local farm shop. Shooting pheasant in the morning and cooking it in the evening would be a great way to do it but my life can't fit another time consuming hobby!

    Simple quick and very tasty.

  18. A lamb Vindaloo, been on for a few hours.
Found a thing called Mooli which is a big white radish, really interesting flavour, works well with mustard oil and green chillis.
Some sour chickpeas and rice, should be great.
