Took the virtually worn out winter tyres 45mm schwalbe off the winter/commuter bike and put on the panaracer gravel king 38mm . I spent ages with the compressor but they just wouldn't seat tubeless. I used them last year and they were a pain then. Had to put tubes in, I won't ever use them again when they come off.
Try running a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tyre, compresses the bead to make an air seal. Blast from the compressor can sometimes give you the desired pop. Tubeless tyres can be tricky to use multiple times, the initial stretch and seat seems not to lend itself to subsequent refitting.

When fitting tubeless tyres I always remove the valve core and let loose wth the compressor to seat the beads, then lever a short section off again to add sealant. But being a bit of a dinosaur, I only have experience of 26" MTB tyres, not these new fangled Gravel Bikes.
Just fitted these Panaracer Gravelking tyres to my Cervello Aspero. A friend used them on his LEJOG, no punctures. Previously Ive fought with fitting tubeless tyres to my gravel bike, I gave up and bought a Park Tool INF-2 Shop Inflator no more problems.
For the first time in 2024 I hit my monthly target of 350 miles, although 6/7 weekly targets of 75 miles have been achieved. I’m 216 miles behind the yearly goal at present, but I’m confident of pulling that back during June if not before. The S5 has to go in for a Shimano recall and a service whilst it’s there, the Aspero is going well although it’s popped off the smallest cog a couple of times. I hate fiddling with the gear setup.
