  1. Is there a 530 version? I can only find 520/525 online

  2. You couldn't make that up! :joy::joy::joy:

  3. Poetic licence..........:p

  4. Those instructions are a bit miss leading , see photos of my chain , no oil just soap and water and a rag.
    I think its a guide for the stupid. I spoke to Regina direct and as he said , no oil needed just general sensible maintenance but again no cleaners or chain oil.:upyeah::upyeah::)

  5. No 530 in the HPE version according to their web site but I'm sure plenty of ppl have fitted 525 chains with matching sprockets to their multi

  6. Yes, easy enough to do, I used ESJOT sprockets and an RK chain. Andy

  7. The Regina document linked in #20, states, “to guarantee its best functionality and aesthetics over time, follow 3 simple rules, (1) clean and lubricate the chain after washing the bike, using the bike in wet conditions and/or salty or dusty conditions, before storage (2) relubricate the chain once a year (3) check the tension every 3000km. I appreciate your experience but I’ll stick to my RK chain and follow Reginas’s maintenance regime :D Andy

  8. I’ll stick with mine :joy::joy::joy: I may even put a bit of hells oil on in the next 6 k , but ….

  9. Yikes! That is one expensive chain. "DID 525 ZVM-X2 Gold & Gold Chain, 124 links, 525 size" 141 euro from Carpimoto delivered to California. Regina HPE is 350 euro plus shipping and Regina says they don't go any longer than a standard chain. That is also supported by user reports.

  10. Some of the reviews I’ve read say around 15000km before it gives up.

  11. Well I have 3 k (miles) to go on that case before it fails :joy: but still feel many more 1000’s of miles how many who knows but reason would show 15k (miles) the chain is like new still . On my 21 plate Multi v4 with the standard chain , it as looking shot at 3 k , but that’s oem grey chains. My mate runs a standard gold ring on his bike and is meticulous at maintenance and his is as clean but takes him over an hour to clean , oil , then hand remove the excess oil after , the point for me is the ease of maintenance. The cost high , but palatable. IMHO
