INSANITY, Any One Tried It ?

    I lost another 3 pounds this week. So that's 13"12 down to 13"2 in 5 weeks.

    I have cut out all the crap food but I still eat like a horse. So I'm certainly not dieting.
     
  3. Think I'd likely win a pound losing contest...even though after putting a bit back this year I'm still > 5st lighter than I was, anyone who seen my pics will know I fill a set of leathers pretty well ;-)

    mind you, if there was money on it....lol

    Neil Ruddock is on Soccer AM at the moment. When I was nearly 15 stone I looked just like he does now.:tongue:

    I'v also been as low as 11 and a half stone about 4 years ago. That was down to running nearly 30 miles a week.

    When I was properly on it/in to it I got my body fat down to ~8%
    I was eating loads and flippin' loads! Low fat/carbs and high protein.
    Intense weights with zero cardio.

    Sit in your wingback chair workout!!!

    I wanted a rowing machine as I love rowing .. But now on an exercise ban except walking :( .
    Just had to sell my quad skates as well...

    I can't do insanity I'd end up with two black eyes or be duck taping my chest down :(

    I'd love to something I used to love circuit training years ago also..

  10. I went and had a big Indian buffet for lunch. :biggrin:

    Because I'm in the zone I done a workout about an hour ago. Not the cleverest thing I'v ever done!

    I feel a bit crappy now. :frown:

    Officially starting my fitness regime Monday but starting with a bit of light running tomorrow afternoon ! :smile:

  13. Well I might put a photo up of my belly on Monday and again in 60 odd days time. Depends on how brave I feel ! :tongue:
