  2. Woohoo passed the mot today with no problems. Tax next week and ready to roll at last. They weighed the bike in the mot centre and I was very surprised at 169kg. Can't wait now till next weekend.

  3. Nice, need proper pics now , not those poopy efforts , if you'd have built your bike the way you took them photos you'd be a laughing stock man , now shape your shit up and take some proper ones , outside NOW its a nice day .

  4. Well done Phillipo, chuffed to bits for you. Let the photos commence...

  5. When I get her out on the road next week I'll take some tidy pictures Lol

  6. Took the bike out for its first blast this evening and have got to say. I thought my 1098 fighter was mental. This thing is crazy! Only one thing I have to sort out is the mirrors. Can't see a bloody thing behind me. Also have clutch slip in first gear which I'll look at. The air intake noise is addictive and it feels really light throwing it round the few roundabouts on my route.
So I'll check it over for oil leeks tomorrow ready for a proper blast on Saturday.

  7. And then find some decent shop windows to check out how cool you look! Come on, we've all, done it :upyeah:

  8. Pictures of ready product please?

  9. Checked the bike over this evening and the bloody fuel leek has come back. Coming from the pump. Looks like I'll have to use gasket sealer on the pump to stop this. This is the third time I've fitted it with a new rubber seal and it still leeks.

  10. Join the club, and mine's already been back for repair :frown:

  11. must be Welsh with all those leeks!

  12. Took the tank off today to have a closer look and found that the three bolts holding the pump tight to the alu tank ring were loose. Tried tightening and they are just spinning. The alu ring is so soft that the threads are gone. So I've re drilled bigger and taped new threads in. Just got to pick some new bolts up tomorrow and try again. Third time lucky aye.

  15. Fixed the LEAK tonight thank god. The bikes really extreme on the wrists so I'm thinking of fitting new clip on's. I've noticed that some clip on's have the clamp under the top yoke but the bars are an inch higher level with the yoke. I bought renthel clip on's which are level with the underside of the yoke which is just to low. It's all good fun this modifying lark.
    Good news about radical
