Defo not got a baffle in then. Will need to check the LV box in the loft when I get back. Well today's update. 330 miles. Glasgow-Perth-Braemar-Nairn-Ullapool-Gairloch. A good mixture of roads including motorway. Never been a fan of the motorway due to cramp/boredom. but cruise control may have changed that now. ! Sport on the twisties is crazy. Wants to lift constantly. It just wants to go ! Quickshifter and the autoblip downshift is awesome. Smiling constantly everytime I downshift. Fuel range has been affected. Which I suppose it would be. Got a lot less range in tank now. Averaged around 120ish on the 2 tanks before light came on and range showed 30 miles. But could be I was more spirited today pushing a little more than before trying to see the differences. Will see how tomorrow goes as its a bit more relaxed riding back home via the A82 and its to rain. So a tad slower no doubt. Low and mid range feels so much smoother. Trundling along 2nd gear in traffic is effortless now. Whereas before it was a battle with clutch and gears trying to find that sweet spot. All in all happy with what I have so far.
Depends on what you are wanting I think. I got Quickshifter cruise control and bike pick up and delivery. My 2 biggest expenses were the Quickshifter and deliver. Just over 1000miles for him. Best speak to Chris at X-Bikes. 01945 585533. I'm sure he can discuss options and costs.
Tuneboy remaps your standard ECU. Power Commander don't have a product for this bike yet. Hence my route to tuneboy. But in light of what I now know. I'd say Tuneboy is much better as it gives a lot more access and all maps can be set up rather than power commander with 1. Don't ask me anything technical on it though. Tuneboy web site has a good bit of detail on it if you google. Seems to be a big thing in the states and Oz. A lot of KTM owners seem to run it too.
Chris @ CJS re-maps your existing ECU. I think he is one of a few in the country offering that using in house s/ware.
I have been told that the reason the twin spark motor makes less power is because the compression ratio is lower on the new engine! That came from a Ducati tech.
Hi guys feeling abit deflated after seeing your dyno figures, had my 13 gt on the dyno last week only showing 128 bhp and 79.84 torque at back wheel. Decat, mivv ghibli and k n filter. Needs imprving I think.
Yeah...get them lines as curvy as you can. You don't want them straight, pointing upwards and ending in a high number. P M S L

Flatter the better...make 90% at 5k and hold it right across is better than 50% at 5k and a himalayan climb
I got to admit, the low end power delivery is where I would love a great improvement, I find it lumpy when doing those tight hairpins in the mountains, and 1st and 2nd is quite a gap ratio wise. Of Course I could just ride it quicker Can you just get a map, to get big improvements and tuner, or you need to change hardware too
