  1. do you have a monthly meeting with your manager? discuss last months achievements, next months priorities? provides a monthly agreed record if suitable simple notes taken. Aids the memory at the end of the year.

    I'm lucky if I get a single interim meeting during the year prior to the final meeting.

    Thanks Elise but I think if I want to fuck up my career beyond any and all recognition ... I'm fully capable of doing so on my own :D
