You've installed the grey swingarm? well I seemed to have misunderstood... I'm doing the same grey to black swingarm "black box". Did you need to change anything?
Sorry mate , working away from home just now , will have a look and see if anything useful on the computer when i get back in the morn ,, but plenty of space there .
Can you please post some pictures? If your the 54mm fit with no problems, i think my 50mm will have also no problem Many thanks!!
One thing i will say is if you are going to refab your pipe then only take it to a very reputable welder / fabricator ,,, even the stainless one is very thin and needs a very capable person to work on it , even more so if your is titanium ,,,,
I've a full seperatine 57 mm race system not the astrometric one and the clearance round the right hand side of the black box wasn't anywhere near - hence my visit to Nottingham. You can by a link pipe ( called the banna ) but i dont think it will be needed for your system but im not betting my life on it - and it costs about £630 The rest fits really well. The rear shock is fine as is the brake lines and rear brake. If I remember correctly I had to change the angle of how the rear brake line exited the rear brake master cylinder. The hardest thing is getting the huge pivot bolt out. A big hammer and a long socket extension ( one you dont mind sacrificing ) worked for me.
Thanks for you feedback! I'll take a picture of mine like yours and try to compare... Lets see if i need to make any modifications in exhaust system, hope not !!
sorry mate, not got anything useful on the computer and not home for at least a month,,,, sure someone will post something before that,,,( look at the for sales and close up )

Thanks for you feedback! I'll take a picture of mine like yours and try to compare... Lets see if i need to make any modifications in exhaust system, hope not !! No problem, thanks anyway!
I apologize to insist but took this 2 pictures! Would these help in order to tell me if it will fit or it will need any modification? Many Thanks!!
I don't think your issue will be side clearance as in the green arrow - it will be depth as the black arm sits lower and is much deeper than the grey arm. I have read some people have fitted with no issue but also read that the black arm will clash with your exhaust. Looking at my 999R with full Ti system (2003) and my prototype 999 with black arm fitted, even side by side it is difficult to measure up to see if it will clash. But side to side clearance looks to be identical when measured, i.e approx. 170mm from the swing-arm to the end of the foot peg at a given point of comparison. I have a black arm waiting to go on mine so will be interested on the result, you might have to just go ahead and try it to see what happens
Just looking at your photo there ,,,, with my 54mm they come further back. , ( on side view ) they come almost to end of the fairing , which looks like they would foul on your grey swing arm , maybe the black box has more clearance at that point .
