  1. I'd be tempted, but I wouldn't want to cut into any Ducati wires.
Does this work with CAN BUS?
What bike did you have it on?
I can't seem to find a technical manual as to what sources it picks up on.

  2. My missus complained that the pegs are too low, i actually thought that would be a better riding position, but no, we have had dozens of bikes, she says when the pegs are higher your knees are closed up, and they take act as a spring, taking the impact off your back, so that's another job to sort, are there after market higher pegs or an adapter kit available to raise the passenger pegs?

  3. Why, are you selling both?

  4. Hi, what colour is the Sargent seat? any photos?

  8. I have a full technical manual for it as a pdf and can email it to you if you want to have a look.
I had it installed on my Multi GT 13
This is the basics of the connections to the bike from the main unit. I'm pretty sure that I managed the installation without cutting into any wires or even using 'Scottish-lock' connectors - I just 'piggybacked' into connectors.

    1. Black - Earth - Typically wire to a known earth wire, Frame mounting or Battery negative
    2. Red - PowerNote the 1 Amp in-line slow blow fuse that MUST be used. Connect to a 'switched' live off the ignition switch. Alternatively connect to the rear light positive wire. IMPORTANT: - bike HUD draws around 1.4mA. If you connect to an existing circuit such as rear light check with your Dealer that this does NOT cause issues with the CanBus sensing Bike HUD as an over- load on the circuit and triggering a fault.
    3. Grey - Side stand
    4. Green - Right Indicator
    5. Yellow - Left Indicator
    6. Orange - Neutral Light
    7. Brown- Main Beam
    8. Blue - Engine Sensor - Depending on the ignition type there are two ways of
fastening the sensor.1.) Traditional HT lead and separate coil - identified by a thick wire ending in a small cap that is a press- fit onto thespark plug. Cable-tie the sensor around 100mm length along the lead starting at the edge of the spark plug cap. 2.) Coil on Plug identified by two thin wires connected to a larger plug -cap that is usually fastened to the top of the engine. Wrap the sensor wire 4 times around the base of the spark plug cap

There are a couple of minor scuffs on the paintwork very hard to see in the photos.

The support legs had some light corrosion which I removed and gave a fresh spray of paint.
