Point taken. Would OSB suffice or is it 12mm ply required? Or a cheaper alternative I don't know about?
Only use OSB to make one way packing cases. It is not waterproof in any way. Please use it in construction if you guarantee no rain.

I left my lid in the garage for a wet week once. I'd just ridden home in the wet so I left it in there wet without thinking. The mold inside was disgusting. Got a new lid and won't make that mistake again. Would have been worse if it were a she'd rather than a proper garage though.
Could you put a little wood burner in I saw a long thin one in someone's shed once and it gave off a nice bit of heat and used kindling sticks It had a flue out through the roof At least that way you can keep inside warm and great when your banned from the house for spending too much
