Ducati stands are the way to go... plenty of room front and rear Only problem is they cost me a eye watering £300
With the abba stand it's a faff getting the front end up as yo need to jack it up at the front. They are good but prefer paddock stands.
I only use the ABBA stand for the rear, I've made some adaptors so I can either lift it from the main swingarm pivots, or from the rear wheel spindle itself. For the front I just use a normal underfork paddock stand, got it off Ebay from a Germany outfit for £30, works really well.
I used to use the abba stand in the pivot and a trolly jack under the sump when taking forks and shock out and worked fine but for routine stuff and trackdays I just use paddock stands. Shame the 899/959 bobbins are so high though as most paddock stands I've seen don't seem to raise the back wheel a lot.
Just had some OZ GASS wheels installed on my base 1299. Biblical rain on the ride home, but noticed the difference immediately. Really makes the base model more flickable and that was just weaving through traffic on the motorway. Not had a chance for a full test on the twisties. When I pick the stock wheels up from the dealer I'll weigh them and post up weight savings. I've also got the race seat, carbon front mudguard. Ducati Performance tail tidy to fit.
12mm Allen key for the bar ends. Get a knitting needing or similar in between the grip and bar and spray wd40 in and the grip will come off with a little twisting. Clean the wd40 off, spray hairspray in the new grip and on the bar and slide new grip on. I'm not technically minded mate and found it really easy
Should have clarified. Brake cleaner to get the old ones off. On some bikes the brake cleaner alone has been OK to get the new grips on and once evaporated they have held ok, but most times I put new grips on with hairspray.

I've got a set of giamoto rearsets on my Panigale. How did you manage to fit the carbon heel guards? The ones that come with them seem to be fixed on and only have one mounting point.
