Precisely. The point is no one has yet explained where the £15 billion will come from when Scotland is not in the UK. Either it must find the funding elsewhere or it must raise taxes or cut spending.
Scotland starts about 30 miles North of Hadrian's wall (just realised, miles will always be miles now, now that is miles better )
