In other European news Nicola Sturgeon refuses to accept the result of last night's England v Scotland match. Nicola said she would be meeting with FIFA to see if the result could be changed as they wanted to stay in European football.

and yet the company attributed to this, Deloitte, has said today that the memo was not commissioned by the government and did not have any input from any government department. It was however an internal document made by the accountancy firm Deloitte to discuss Brexit amongst themselves Still why let a pretend leaked memo ruin the truth
You're wasting your time noobs. He'll have his fingers in his ears with your post and seeing what he wants to see. Take a look at the previous 187 pages of it. :Hilarious:
Describing Deloittes as an "accountancy firm" is quite some understatement. Deloittes also are management consultants and policy advisers, among other things. They do a great deal of work for government departments including the Treasury (too much work, some of us think) and they are very well acquainted with the processes and practicalities of government. Deniability is often useful to ministers, isn't it?
Are you suggesting thee is in fact a plan then? I'd certainly be interested to see it, or any evidence of one.
