I might try that. My prescription ones were really mild. Only ever used em a couple of time before losing em a few years back. If I read in good light I'm good for hours. Maybe a bed side lamp would be a better investment!
So here they are, my first copies which came this morning. That means I'll be sending off @Exige's signed copy to him on Monday. I already have the Jiffy bag. I have to admit to a feeling of satisfaction. The book looks very professional (thanks, Amazon) and it reads like a real book, as if someone else has written it. It's quite a bizarre sensation.
get yersel along to the pound shop ( or homebargains etc ) and get some,, 1.5 for watching telly and 2.5 or 3 for reading or anything closer , will be a revelation , and so soo cheap
