I've Written A Book - Claus And Claws

Discussion in 'Lounge' started by gliddofglood, Nov 25, 2016.

  1. :upyeah: well it's turned up! Only read a few pages as I need glasses.. I forgot about that.

  2. I am impressed tbh dude. Not only did you patent the telephone well over a hundred years back but you are now writing books! What's ya secret to longevity?

  3. Only just seen this (out last night, very busy in shop today). Brilliant! I really hope you enjoy it. That's the first time I have seen the finished book. My copies are still in the post. I would camp out by the postbox, but it's far too cold. Expecting them any day.
    Top stuff, mate!

  6. wow! That sucks dude. Just proves the depts some arseholes will stoop to.
stealing some else's ideas is just nasty.

  7. I might try that. My prescription ones were really mild. Only ever used em a couple of time before losing em a few years back. If I read in good light I'm good for hours.
Maybe a bed side lamp would be a better investment!

So here they are, my first copies which came this morning. That means I'll be sending off @Exige's signed copy to him on Monday. I already have the Jiffy bag.
I have to admit to a feeling of satisfaction. The book looks very professional (thanks, Amazon) and it reads like a real book, as if someone else has written it. It's quite a bizarre sensation.

  15. Mr Exige has asked me to send him a signed copy and bill him all attendant postage costs. I am happy to do so - as I will happily do it for anyone else who asks. I'll have to sign yours on some future UK visit. Whereabouts do you live?
