His timing is poor but the information is correct. Attacks on this level and frequency have only started to happen since Frau Merkel opened the doors, that cannot be denied. Whilst the attacks are distastefull, sickening and repulsive, the biggest victim of the open door policy could be the European union itself.

Of course he did. The rise of China's GDP was the reason why the UK (along with many other countries) was demoted down the list of economies. So if the UK's demotion was the "fault" of Messrs Blair and Brown, according to Mr Gimlet, it seems a reasonable question to ask what his view is of China's rise.
