  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  7. So what happens if the leaders act in a way that is detrimental to the electorate they represent? Or the leaders decide to ask the electorate what they would like the leaders to do?

  8. They will never make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time. They do ask, it's called democracy and voting.

  9. Even though one of those rules constructed by the EU management team and was used properly by the U.K. is Article 50.

  10. nothing,, never has been.

  11. The EU philosophy is that non elected leaders know best even when that is against the will of the people.

  12. Which is exactly why we should extract the UK from this evil empire as soon, and as completely,as possible.
And when citizens of the rest of Europe observe that fire and brimstone did not rain down on the UK as punishment for leaving, they'll see the error of their ways and demand a route to the exit as well.

  14. Heh. You were nearly nuked :)

The fact remains, if that harridan had said two and two are four, we would all have had to have been searching for a new form of arithmetic :D

  15. The majority of voters supported the Tories under her leadership for a good while,so not everyone agreed with you.
Her undoing was giving in to the Poll tax rioters,(who were naturally supported by Militant and various trade unions),it showed she was vulnerable. I still think that every individual should pay their share towards civic services, and as the Tories had clearly stated in their manifesto that the Domestic rating system was going to be reformed she should have stuck to it. Probably the same people rioting then are demonstrating against democracy now.
