Account holder isn't the vendor. Vendor is, apparently, working away-says I can have the bike shipped to me after I pay by PayPal, and, reassuringly, will give me 14 days to look it over. If I'm not happy, I can have my money refunded! Unfortunately, they also don't appear to know whether the vehicle is a car or a van! Tracing the IP address suggests they're in US? What do you think? Should I take the kind offer?
