  1. whereas the er6 id be straight on full throttle no worries low revs to peak

  2. I think you mean you did 150 on private ground........

  3. well yes, as ive said the gearing changed and my speedo isnt registering correctly, so im just making it up to sound cool.

  4. the 848 is 70ish right? at peak[/QUOTE]

if it was only running on one cylinder, then yes!

  5. toque im talking not hp

  6. You have a pretty fully adjustable chassis. The 848 doesn't. Light wheels and well set up and I'd be amazed if an 848 was quicker steering: they are essentially the same thing in loads of ways.

Dan Kyle recommends lifting the whole bike rather than head down, arse up. Maybe worth a go if you haven't.

  10. See my dyno. My old SPS which was bog std put out 128hp and 78lb ft torque back in about 2008

  11. As a slight deviation, gearing makes no difference to speedo reading on the 848 ;)

  19. ok so the front came up in 2nd today, only a little, guess it was me that was just not accelerating until later than usual.

also, in traffic 40mph or less, what kind of revs would you guys let your bike go down to? like at what point is the engine going to 'chug' as having revs too low is bad for fueling and the engine. but i cant tell.

is 2800revs too low to have the clutch fully out?
