Despite making it clear on the vote that we wanted the U.K. courts to be the end of state body, the eu is still struggling with the concept that they will not be involved in our laws or courts. They are insisting that a two tier court process is enforced onto Britain where eu people can ignore the U.K. courts when it comes to the appeals process. I know of no other trade agreement where the eu does this as most would say up yours junkers.
I daresay you don't know of any EU citizens who emigrated to a country that subsequently left the EU either?
