Sorted fueling the vacume pipe was split going from the intake to the vacume valve :)
I do still have it connected but that was my thoughts that as I've hidden all the wires behind the head light and am thinking could I of damaged...
Tried with open Airbox open no different. It does have a choke but it's disconnected now.

It's a tad uncomfortable but the tank acts as a belly rest

2002 900ss ie All done and back in its new style but got an issue with running rich and sooting the plugs, any help or pointers would be good :)...
