@Sev, brilliant, thanks again. My pads in both sets are flat bottom, I will order replacements at some point with the correct profile.
It was the pad backing, I had to grind a small radius onto the bottom of the pads to clear the bobbins, it didn’t impede on the friction material...

@ducati dad i have a few sets of these cast floating disks mate but they are the wrong offset for my setup
Thanks for all that info @Sev , I have a smaller set of disks which I can use in the shed I think but was really wanting to use the racing ones....
@Android853sp I should say the rotor diameter seems too big. The disk fits in the caliper fine but the bobbins clash with the pads

Anyone on here running FG43 forks? I have a few questions with fitment. I can’t to get mine to line up, I think the disks are at least 5mm too...
