The holes are countersunk, so maybe you could use a dremmel type tool with a cutting disc and cut across the head and collapse the head...

Cleaned up shaft end a bit and new talon sprocket for a £10 er. [ATTACH] Took everything out of casing and put in unshimmed crank....
