Yes. I run a V4 Panigale track only bike. Motul 300V 15W50. I’ll drop the oil and filter ~ every 2-3 track days.

300V 15w/50 changed regularly as Fairy suggested. If you have an allegiance to another brand, then stick with 15w/50 regardless.
