I used clear stick on plastic ovals that the mountain bikers use to protect frames and chain stays. On eBay.

I have the T30's. Don't get the GT's as they are aimed at lardy fully dressed mega tourers. Mine are perfect (T30 FZ), did the Alps this year...
I have Sargent, perfect comfort, although wider than standard. I think you have to buy both, as not sure if they fit mixed with standard seats.
