Jason, the chip you need for an earlier 748 with open exhaust is 08054/6 Year 2000+ used an 075 chip.
FWIW I've not seen a 748 with Odo in KPH and speedo in Mph, there were non Ducati dealers selling 'unofficial' 748's that were imports with KPH...
