Yes the Kaoko is a throttle lock.
The one I have listed will fit 2010-2017 models and is to be used in conjunction with the Barkbuster Handguards that I have also listed.

OK - so I need both? - but if I fit the handguards, are there room for the plastic with the turnsignals in?

Each hand guard fits over the outside of the plastic guard/indicator, I am unable to send a photo in this message area, but you can google it and see plenty examples

Both handguards and throttle control will fit a 2013 model. £90 for both/free postage.
